Our Purpose
Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. was founded for the purpose of communicating the Word of God to students and administrators in private schools and churches and prisons across the United States.
Our Mission
As an evangelist, Rick presents the Gospel and communicates clear and concise Biblical principles for hearers to choose to use in their lives. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). Rick seeks to motivate, never manipulate.
Methods & Means
For over 50 years, Rick has presented the truth to thousands of students and spoken at hundreds of schools and churches. Rick conducts three and five day Spiritual Emphasis Weeks throughout the school year. He hosts a weekly radio broadcast, The FLOT Line, currently aired on 27 stations and also available on his website, rickhughesministries.org. Rick has authored several books to include: Bible Promises & Principles, Life’s Toughest Years, Understanding Your Soul and Practicing Your Christianity. His book, A Divine Pardon, is used by prison ministries including those affiliated with OGWM. Rick teaches the adult seminars at the Texas Wounded Warrior Foundation Family Spiritual Retreats. Using personal experiences, humor, practical applications and principles such as:

Rick ministers to youth and adults alike. Rick emphasizes: Make learning and applying the Word of God a priority, a daily habit, and you will discover God’s will, purpose and plan for your life. “How blessed [now and throughout eternity] is the one who finds wisdom and gains understanding” (Proverbs 3:13).
Our Goal
Rick articulates God’s grace gift of salvation, teaches Biblical principles and encourages hearers to find and learn under a qualified pastor teacher.
